Senior Product Manager

KOMETA 99 Zrt. is looking for the position of

Senior Product Manager

Our new colleague will improve our company's marketing strategies and competitiveness; the main duties includes analyzing competitor behavior, identifying market trends, interpreting marketing metrics and increasing our market share.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing consumer-based marketing and branding strategies.
• Liaising with management, marketing, sales, and production teams.
• Developing and launching new product lines.
• Monitoring key marketing metrics and developing market segmentation models.
• Integrating user-experience feedback in product updates and innovation.
• Performing competitor analysis / benchmark toward an increased market share.
• Apply all elements of the marketing mix (4P) successfully
• Participates in the design and execution of the annual marketing plan and budget
• Portfolio management (Portfolio cleaning & segmentation)
• Product innovation (KPI management)
• Product positioning
• Development of Packaging
• Key contact with agencies, contractors
• To manage Kometa facebook groups, blogs
• Manage a small team of marketing assistants: motivate, set targets, follow up the performance, develop, provide regular feedbacks etc.

Expectations from you:

• At least Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering or business administration, or similar. Marketing or MBA postgraduate is a plus
• Min. 10 years of experience in FMCG multinational environment, min. 5 years in product/brand management role
• Expertise regarding Product, Price, Placement and Promotion
• Fluent English
• Digitally native
• Creativity
• Professional sophistication, fairness, perseverance, passionate
• Good leadership skills
• Have good communication skills
• Good organization and good problem-solving skills
