The Pedranzini family started a long lasting food production tradition in Bormio, Italy. The Cascina Margherita farm was created thanks to the dedication and love for the land, agriculture and animal husbandry of Maria and Ernesto Pedranzini. They handed this devotion down to their children, who today are building on the foundation of respect for local recipes, authentic taste, traditional and natural flavors and fragrances.
