KOMETA 99 Zrt. is looking for

Senior Product Manager

to the Budapest office

Our new colleague will play an important role in driving the success of assigned product/categories based on marketing mix vision. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation and concept development to launch and ongoing optimization. Your primary focus will be on managing/creating products that meet consumer/customer needs, align with business goals, and contribute to the overall growth, profitability and increase our market share.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

·      The marketing mix management of the assigned categories (4P)

·      You will design & execute, with the support of the Mtkg Director and aligned with company strategy, category plans collaborating inside cross-functional teams with Sales, R&D, Production, Sourcing, etc.

·      Market data analysis (Nielsen, competitor analysis/benchmark)

·      Market & consumer research (qualitative & quantitative), market trends

·      Internal data analysis (Volume, sales, profitability… gross/contribution margin)

·      Design & execute strategy by yearly category marketing plan

·      Portfolio management (Portfolio cleaning & segmentation)

·      Product positioning definition

·      Packaging & Branding

·      Product innovation (NPD management)

Ø Develop and maintain a healthy new product pipeline.

Ø Lead product innovation project assigned.

·      Pricing strategies influence

Ø Net net pricing policy target for new product

Ø Recommended consumer price (everyday/promo) by price equation control

• Promotion
• ATL advertising (TV, online etc.)
• BTL advertising (Consumer promotion, Social media/Digital marketing, events, sponsorship)

·      Coordinate with Trade Mktg & Sales initiatives to support category (in store promotions and merchandising & visibility)

Expectations from you:

·      A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or other science field. Marketing postgraduate or MBA is a plus.

·      Minimum 7/10 years of experience, as Product or Brand manager in Marketing department of preferably a big Consumer goods company where you were used to manage complex portfolio with autonomy and a 360º vision

·      Curious, passionate, and very committed

·      Strongly willing to develop and learn

·      Great team player with outstanding good leadership skills

·      Good organized, result oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

·      Strong capabilities for excel

·      Fluent English
