Senior Product Manager

KOMETA 99 Zrt. is looking for

Senior Product Manager in Kometa Budapest office

Our new colleague will play an important role in driving the success of the assigned brands / products.

He/she will be the brand “owner”, responsible for the P&L management and for the strategic development of the brand.

He/she will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from research and ideation to testing, launching, advertising and managing competition in the market.

He/she will manage important advertising & marketing budgets to boost the brand competitive edge.

He/she will be involved in managing the international expansion of Kometa international brands.

Kometa is looking for a “high-flying” professional in Marketing, eager to grow and to make the difference within the business under his/her responsibility.

 Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Marketing mix management of the assigned brands
• Design and execution, with the support of the Marketing Director of the category plans, in coordination with Sales, R&D, Industrial, Procurement Departments.
• Market data analysis (scanner / consumer data from Nielsen / GFK)
• Market & consumer research (qualitative & quantitative)
• Financial data analysis of the brand P&L
• Product portfolio management
•  Advertising development with the partner agency
• Packaging graphic management and development
• Product innovation (NPD management)
• Pricing strategies
• Promotion strategy
•  

 Requirements:

•     Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or other science field. Marketing postgraduate or MBA is a plus.
•  Minimum 4/5 years of experience in the Marketing Dept. in Product or Brand Manager position, preferably in important Consumer Goods Hungarian companies 
•  Sincere orientation to learn, grow and make an impact
•   Team player attitude
•   Result oriented and problem-solving attitude
•   Use of Excel and PowerPoint
•   Fluent English
